Try to watch at home normally as its too easy to go on the Piss at 1000 in the morning when games are normally on over here.
Cant help with LA or Vegas unfortunately, I think Sons of Anarchy is from Vegas, maybe he can point you in the right direction.

Cape Cod is fantastic for photography also, April with all the whales returning and the amazing light in Provincetown off the beaches.
If ever you get a chance, Muskoka lakes in Canada is probably the best place I have ever been to with a camera. The sky is amazing, broken up by lakes and tremendous scenery.
Google Muskoka lakes and look at images. Its about 90 minutes due north of toronto.

I've been in NY on Paddys Day quite a few times. I don't know what all the fuss is about. There's a parade and young Americans wearing stupid shit like big foam green hats. Most of them by the afternoon look pissed. Anyone want to enlighten me why you just have to be there on that day?
Only thing I like is the Empire State Building lit up green.

I found myself in the Bronx one day waiting for nightfall as I wanted to get some long exposures of Brooklyn Bridge. Problem is I left about three hours to spare so went for a wander and found some bar tucked away in the middle of nowhere with about £5k of camera gear on me. Got right pissed up with no problems and made it back to the bridge without getting mugged.
Same thing happened in Hoboken, without the camera stuff. Went and watched a Giants game in a bar and found myself totally lost at 1am on a Monday morning with only the drug dealers and homeless for company on the streets, while I tried to find the subway station. Feeling a bit nervous, some homeless bloke approached me and told me the way, gave him a 20 for his trouble and he was delighted.
Fucking love NY and the people there.

epsom 9:56 - Montauk is lovely, did some Milky Way photography down by the lighthouse.
The drive down is stunning with all the small towns etc
A lot of money down that way.
